Initial Design

Convert Sketeches to CAD
Converting the original sketches into detailed computer design, including club badge, numbers, sponsors logos and transferring them to our shirt templates ready for printing.
Wide Format Printing
The wide format digital printer producing the sublimation transfers for printing the fabric panels
Cut a Base
Cutting the base fabric ready for application of the transfer images.
Removing Transfer
Shirt panel before and after transfer printing using the large format heat press.
After Transfer Process
Shirt panel before and after transfer printing using the large format heat press.
Overlocking
Overlocking the printed panels together to form the shirt.
Finish Garment
The finished shirt, which is now the adopted playing kit of ELTHAM TOWN FC.
This kit is worn by players from the age of 7 to Old Age Pensioners(VETS), made up of 26 teams, in excess of 300 players.
Embroidery
You can also add embroidery to your customised garment if you wish.
